¹⁸ Get up. Lift up the boy and hold him by the hand. For I will make a great nation of him.”

¹⁹ Then God opened Hagar’s eyes. And she saw a well of water. She went and filled the leather bag with water and gave the boy a drink. ²⁰ God was with the boy and he grew. He lived in the desert, and became very good in using the bow.
